The flat has a large lounge with door to balcony overlooking large lawned area. 2 large bedrooms, 2 large storage areas, large kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath. Painted in neutral colours and new carpets throughout. New cooker and undercounter fridge and freezer,(athough there is also room for upright f/f).

The area of Hollywood is a semi rural village close to Kings Heath, Shirley, Solihull, Earlswood and Dickens Heath with great transport links to Birmingham city centre and Redditch, Avechurch, Evesham, Bromsgrove.Great secondary and primary schools and really nice location.

I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house, with a rear garden for my sons, would love to stay where I am but all areas in Birmingham considered.
